Orbx Libs 120509 are now available.

Hello everyone,

This version of the ORBXLIBS contains a number of updates required for our recent and upcoming airports, sorry for the delay in releasing but we needed to ensure this contains everything needed to support the latest 4 airports.. Stewart, Creswell, and the upcoming Jackson Hole and Monroe!

Updated and new content:

- Added new animated flag library
- Added new airport fuel bowsers
- Added new car library with no lightmaps
- Added new GSE library with no lightmaps
- Fixed missing harvesters guid error
- Some small fixes and tweaks to the staticflow aircraft library
- Other assorted minor updates/fixes
